Welcome, Emily!
Hi, my name is Emily, and I recently joined the FEARLESS project under the leadership of Dr. Aasim M. Ali and Dr. Stig Valdersnes. I am from Sandefjord in Norway, but have lived in Bergen for some time now, as I have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in molecular biology from UiB. My main interests lie in toxicology and environmental chemistry. I am thus thrilled to have joined a project focusing on PFAS in the surrounding coastal environment. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you at the department throughout the fall and wish you all a nice summer vacation in the meantime.
