Installation of the new 600MHz NMR instrument is on schedule
Our new 600 MHz spectrometer located in the NNP building is now on field. The last bits of the hardware are currently being installed and the instrument is undergoing performance tests. If everything goes according to the plan, the instrument will be formally handed over to UiB on Friday, and the instrument will be available to users from Monday.
During a transition period of one week, both 600 MHz spectrometers will be available. After that, in week 46, the good, old 600 MHz will be retiring.
