Welcome Neann!
Neann Mathai is a PhD student in Cheminformatics under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Johannes Kirchmair. Neann has a MSc in Computer Science (focused on computational glycobiology and vaccine development) and a BSc in Computer Science and Chemistry, both from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. 
She also spent an extended period of time in the United States where, amongst others, she worked on the statistical analysis of public health, epidemiological, and program management data and the development of health informatics tools for large multi-national organizations. Her research at UiB will focus on the development and validation of target predictions methods.
